Role Responsibilities:

Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
Control of orders in line with customer requirements.
Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
Handle local deliveries and pickups effectively and safely.
Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
Safely hand loading and unloading of freight.
Physically fit, as there will be some container unloading.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.
Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.
Trade background, airconditioning or building industry experience highly desirable.
Ideally having a Forklift license, but sponsored forklift training will be provided.
