Role Responsibilities:


  • Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
  • Control of orders in line with customer requirements.
  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
  • Handle local deliveries and pickups effectively and safely.
  • Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.
  • Safely hand loading and unloading of freight.
  • Physically fit, as there will be some container unloading.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Possess strong work ethic, professional, and a self-starter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make positive contribution within the team.
  • Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Basic numerical skill and good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trade background, airconditioning or building industry experience highly desirable.
  • Ideally having a Forklift license, but sponsored forklift training will be provided.
