We have an opportunity for a Duty Manager to work in the Kimberley region


You will need to have had hands on experience across Food & Beverage including the bar and restaurant to ensure smooth operations.


Your role will involve:


  • Managing and training a small team
  • Able to deliver / organise functions and special events
  • Organising staff rosters
  • Ordering stock and stock control
  • Provision of exceptional customer service to guests
  • Adhering to regulations ie: Liquor

Requirements:


  • Approved Managers Licence WA
  • Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
  • Police Clearance
