About the role:

The team is cross-skilled to ensure flexibility, in order to adjust to variations in demand.

Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:

Disclosure reviews
Contract drafting and negotiation
Corporate deal support
Real Estate activity and support

About you:

Tertiary qualification in law or a related field or demonstrated relevant experience in a professional or legal service environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have paralegal or legal assistant experience across corporate law, real estate, litigation, intellectual property and data protection
Agile and collaborative approach with flexibility to adapt to different activities and priorities
Available for fulltime employment
