As our Security Analyst, you'll support this by working with the team to perform ongoing operations, administration and development of security systems.

You will continuously work towards high confidence and high accuracy detection rules leveraging abnormal or suspicious events in collaboration with other SOC team members, including other Security Analysts, Security Engineers and Operations.

As our Security Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding our systems and infrastructure. You will work closely with our dynamic team to conduct ongoing operations, administration, and development of security systems.

Your primary focus will be on crafting high-confidence, high-accuracy detection rules by analysing abnormal or suspicious events in collaboration with other SOC team members.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving security environment and stay ahead of emerging threats.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An understanding of the telco industry
  • A demonstrable passion for Cybersecurity
  • love of learning and keeping up to date with the latest advancements in this sector
  • Experience in process /systems improvement
  • Knowledge of best-practice change management principles
How will you support our "Why?"

As our Security Analyst, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:

  • Investigate security events and incidents.
  • Operate security infrastructure including SIEM, EDR and Security Awareness platforms.
  • Operate the security service desk function and act as a fist point of contact for security related incidents and events.
  • Raise Critical and High events and follow escalation procedures.
You will be required to have excellent soft skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Ideally will hold a certification in Cybersecurity such as CompTIA Security and have exceptional knowledge of Security Operations.


You will be continually looking for opportunities to develop your cybersecurity skills, whether this is completing certifications or even self-study through a home lab.

You will be expected to keep up to speed with developments in the industry.
