About the Role:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing Business Banking customers
Work with customers to find the right home loan
Take your customers through to settlement whilst giving them an exceptional experience

Skills & Experience:

A strong Residential and/or Commercial Lending experience
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and referral partners
Strong business development mindset with the ability to selfgenerate leads
Possess strong loan structuring and credit assessment skills of complex borrowers
You are ambitious and motivated
Superior engagement & communication skills
