Drive, Develop and Review

Develop and refine your technical skills in your new role as
Materials Solutions Specialist based in
Osbourne Park. You will be joining a strong team culture with a supportive environment where personal and professional growth is valued, and your contributions recognised.

Reporting to the State Technical Manager this role will require close cooperation with all management and operational staff to ensure QA standards are maintained as you manage all technical aspects of Concrete production and delivery.

In your new role, you will:

Act as the main point of call for all internal and external technical queries/issues
Solve complex problems and develop practical solutions and address product performance concerns within agreed time constraints
Provide a high level of competent technical services to support internal and external customers by assessing customer requirements and developing practical solutions
Assist sales team on project tender reviews, product selection, submissions, reporting and customer site meetings and presentations
Monitor raw material and finished product performance
Assist Technical Operations to maintain high quality testing services by providing education on product range and performance and infield engagement on identifying and escalation of potential issues

This role is a great fit for you, if:

2+ years construction industry experience in a technical capacity or equivalent
A degree or diploma in Civil or Materials Engineering or Concrete Technology would be an asset
You have a successful track record in a technical field with high attention to detail and outstanding communication and engagement skills
You have a positive and influential presence in building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
You have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results
