About the Role:

You are an experienced, professional Executive Assistant who will act as a trusted business partner to the Chief Executive. You are adaptable, well organised with an ability to think and plan ahead in anticipation of changing needs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Exceptional administrative support including complex diary management; travel (domestic and international); event coordination; expenses; managing inbox traffic; coordinating corporate communications on behalf of Executive Leadership Team
  • Prioritise enquiries; think critically; problem solve and ensure smooth running of daytoday operations
  • Coordinate Executive Leadership team meetings and taking of minutes; preparing reports; action planning; preparing packs; booking meetings, rooms and hospitality
  • Produce thorough and accurate business reports
  • Working highly collaboratively with wider EA team to ensure smooth management of Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all employees, directors and external clients
  • Anticipating requests and preempting stakeholder requirements
  • Facilitating the execution of documents
  • Coordinate divisional team meetings, leadership team meetings and drive accountability for actions
  • Preparing and drafting letters, reports and presentations, including Board papers for Leadership Team members
  • Preparing expenses on behalf of the Chief Experience Officer
  • Manage and coordinate divisional events

  • Exceptional attention to detail, even someone who can think ahead to add value
  • Proficiency across all Microsoft Office suite and an interest in process improvement for simplification, efficiencies
  • Strong ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
