You will play a key role in supporting Technology teams deliver key strategic workforce transformation initiatives.

You are an experienced operator capable of working autonomously to manage multiple stakeholders across numerous projects and are adept at developing relationships.

The Strategy & Performance team is responsible for driving a clear articulation of the Technology strategy, delivering transparency to the business and key stakeholders to promote accountability and are recognised as a business partner able to identify, and deliver on solutions.


The team are experts in execution, simplification & efficiency and aim to enable the broader division to focus on the technology & business priorities by removing duplication and providing performance insights to enable optimal performance for the Technology function.


On any given day you will:

  • Manage multiple transitions for different Technology teams to achieve the objectives and business benefits as per set timelines.
  • Report and communicate progress of transitions and identify early when transitions may go off track.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for reporting purposes and ensure all required artefacts and activities are completed as per guideline.
  • Assist in developing robust and achievable delivery plans with the Technology business areas to deliver required artefacts and activities.
  • Track all your inflight initiatives and assess future transition demand from your stakeholders.
  • Identifying, monitoring and implementing controls to mitigate key risks of delivery.
  • Manage, resolve and escalate (where required) any potential conflict whilst facilitating all aspects of stakeholder relationships and be able to make decisions of prioritisation, where required.
  • Manage key processes to ensure timely and accurate submission in collaboration with workforce leads.
  • Collaborate with teams within S&P, HR and various other cross location teams in delivering effective outcomes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis as required, providing timely and relevant information to support strategic initiatives.

Your experience looks like:


  • Program and Project Management Experience.
  • Experience in working with a large group of senior stakeholders and being able to make prioritisation decisions.
  • Capable of synthesising information, producing timely management reporting to various audiences.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and can work at pace.
  • Comfortable with tracking data & metrics within MS Excel (desirable).
