Ready to show our guests you mean business? We're searching for a new Crowne Meetings Coordinator to facilitate and organise our meetings and events.

Acting as a brand ambassador, you'll make every interaction between planners, hosts and meeting attendees feel effortless.

This is a part time role, working 3 days per week, with the potential for more hours to be added in the future.


Every day is different, but you'll mostly:

  • Co-ordinate the allocation of space for the conference and events and create detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for distribution to the operational teams
  • Prepare and distribute daily amendments and weekly new BEOs to relevant departments
  • Meet and greet of key clients on site at arrival / departure as required (sometimes outside of core hours)
  • With the support of the Crowne Meeting Director resolve client requests and concerns in a professional and sensitive manner working towards a sustainable solution
  • Conduct site inspections, attend competitor site inspections and monitor competitor activity
  • Conducting preevent and postevent meetings to continually improve the client experience
  • Ensure our client experience is successful and memorable and act as a brand ambassador throughout the client journey

What We need from you:

  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
  • Experience in a hotel, catering setting or related field
  • Must have full working rights for Australia
