We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Trade Assistant/ Sentry to join our maritime sustainment team based in Henderson, WA.

Core hours will be 8 hours per day Monday to Friday with opportunity for overtime in busier periods
12 month fixed term contract

Your new role:

As a Trade Assistant / Sentry at BAE Systems, your duties will be;

Confined Space and Fire Sentry duties
Trade Assistant duties (working with Boilermakers)
Power tool usage
General housekeeping on the ships

About you
As an ideal applicant for this opportunity, you will need the following:

Experience working as a Confined Space / Fire Sentry
Experience working as a Trade Assistant
Marine experience desirable
Confined Space Licence
Basic Fire Training
White Card
Ability to work autonomously or part of a team
An excellent attitude towards safety
Ability to pass preemployment medical and drug/alcohol screen
