The Opportunity:


Working as part of a team of facilities coordinators, you will be managing a portfolio of commercial assets across Australia for the organisation.

You will be responsible for the daily operations, reactive and preventative maintenance and management of external vendors and contractors. It is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of sites and work across minor projects too


Your Responsibilities:


As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing key property facilities deliverables


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Working closely with key stakeholders to oversee the daytoday operations and performance of the property facilities, ensuring they meet operational needs across a portfolio of 50+ commercial sites.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and upkeep of properties and facilities to ensure they are clean, fully operational, and wellmaintained.
  • Managing contractors and service providers, ensuring contract compliance, licenses, SWMS management and driving performance through effective relationship management.
  • Developing and maintaining facilities schedules and maintenance plans, including budget management.
  • Coordinating and responding promptly to maintenance requests.
  • Overseeing Workplace Health and Safety compliance and governance.
  • Liaising with landlord representatives and contractors to prioritize safety and operational efficiency.
  • Planning, managing, and executing propertyrelated projects within set budgets and timelines.
