Phoenix Source & Select has a fantastic opportunity with their Industry leading & award winning Business Telecommunications and IT Services client.

They provide an extensive range of products and services to their clients that are individually created to cater to their specific requirements.

Working very closely with the Directors you will be tasked with converting warm leads into appointments for them to deliver the best solutions for their potential clients.

Working within a team of employees who have decades of Managed Telecommunications and IT experience and you will be a driven and passionate individual who is committed to their role and achieving success in an environment that you will look forward to going to work in.

Key skills to succeed within this role are:

Exceptional communication skills & phone manner
A high attention to detail, organised and motivated
Enthusiastic and confident attitude
Strong computer skills particularly in Microsoft Suite
Background in Sales will be highly regarded but not required
Passionate about helping people
Appointment setting for Telco and IT opportunities (predominantly Telco)
Washed data provided.

This role is being offered on a Permanent Part Time basis and is the perfect return to work

9am to 5pm 7 hours per day with lunch break, etc
A competitive hourly rate of $35+p/hr + Super and available to start immediately.
On Target Commissions per month $1,500 Uncapped (Paid per appointment set)
Office based in Alexandria, Sydney. close to Public transport.
Great small team of 9 directly employed people.
Team Incentives such as trips to the Barossa, Melbourne Cup Events, etc.
Mindfulness Tuesday. An instructor led session of breathing, stretching and meditation.
