As the Compliance Support Officer, you will be supporting the Finance Branch in achieving its governance and compliance requirements utilising well-developed communication and problem solving skills.

The Compliance Support Officer provides support with governance and compliance activities through undertaking research, compiling documents for meetings, recording non-compliance, and assisting in drafting reports for internal and external reporting.

The duties of this position include:

Using ERP systems, including SAP, for managing Finance Branch activities as required for example goods receipting, purchase orders creation and amendments.
Undertaking supplier information management processes.
Researching, reviewing and supporting branches and staff in meeting audit recommendation requirements.
Managing and maintaining the Finance Branch's internal website to ensure it is informative and easy to use.
Drafting and developing policies, processes and working instructions.
Providing travel management assistance and support for staff.
Providing secretariat support for executive level meetings, including backup support for the Advisory Board and Audit and Risk Committee.

Security clearance
This position requires a Baseline security clearance. The successful applicant will be required to obtain and maintain a clearance at this level.
