Wwe now need an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor, to join our People & Culture team to attract future talent crucial for our growth, and for us to make a difference where it matters most in people's lives.

**Your opportunity.

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will oversee and support LLW's talent attraction initiatives, recruitment process and student engagement activities, so as to meet our current and future organisational needs.

You will work very closely with hiring managers, in either supporting the set-up of brand new services across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia, as well as supporting the recruitment of specialist, or hard to fill roles, for our regional and remote services.

You'll know that you're leaving a positive wake when you:

  • work in conjunction with our Marketing & Communication team to ensure the continued delivery of our Employee Value Proposition and recruitment strategies which promote Lives Lived Well as an employer of choice, through all relevant media channels.
- provide hands on guidance and support to hiring managers in developing and delivering talent and recruitment strategies which attract potential new employees.
- develop information and content which attracts new employees through our careers site, social media channels and other relevant media channels. take our student placement and engagement to the next level


What you'll bring

Here's what you'll need:

  • Extensive experience in delivering talent attraction strategies and recruitment activities in a medium to large organization, preferably in the notforprofit sector.
  • Ability to deliver innovative recruitment and selection practices and effectively support hiring managers, including for the establishment of new services/teams.
  • Experience in creating content and using social media and other platforms, which engages potential talent. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field are required.

We'd also love you to have:

  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to be solution focused and hands on in every aspect of the position.
  • Demonstrated communication skills to build and gain credibility with your stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritise and deliver on multiple tasks and achieve deadlines with a high degree of accuracy. An engaging and coaching style and can work collaboratively with others to achieve outcomes

  • An annual base salary circa $90,000 annually + 11% superannuation.
