Our client, Alfabs Group, is an Australian-owned heavy engineering company who value their people, clients, and community.

Due to growth, Alfabs are now seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis in their Kurri Kurri office.

You'll be responsible for:

Handling employmentrelated enquiries from employees and supervisors, referring complex matters to the appropriate team member
Drafting employment agreements and preparing/managing new starters' documentation
Assisting with recruitment, preemployment and onboarding tasks
Helping to prepare documents, attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
Running the core functions of HR

Essentially you'll have:

Tertiary qualifications in HR management or a related field
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator or HR Generalist role
Demonstrated proactive approach and ability to use initiative to progress tasks efficiently and effectively
Motivated selfstarter with a positive attitude
The ability to work autonomously in a busy and varied environment
