We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Specialty Packaging (OSP) sales team as an Account Manager based at our Orchard Hills, NSW site.


This role will focus on managing an existing portfolio of customers, as well as prospect and win new customer business opportunities.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • Proactively developing new business opportunities
  • Maintaining and growing sales / gross margin within your existing customer base
  • Continually identifying and negotiating new business opportunities and actively pursuing profit targets
  • Maintaining productive internal relationships while spending a significant time out of the office

Specifically, for this role, we expect you will have;

  • Demonstrated track record of managing existing customer accounts and increasing share of wallet
  • Previous experience hunting and closing new business, building relationships and business with new customers
  • B2B solution selling experience
  • Resilience, plenty of energy and lots of enthusiasm
  • Strong commercial acumen and good negotiation skills
  • Strong CRM experience, ideally Salesforce Lightning
