The People and Culture Coordinator provides support to the People and Culture Business Partners in the key areas of employee relations, policy, procedures, programs and initiatives.

We are looking for a motivated team member able to understand what needs to be done and willing to step in and do it.


In this role you will be advising and communicating with a diverse group of people leaders and employees with various levels of skills, knowledge and experience responding to general employee life cycle enquiries so your customer service skills will be highly valued.

Your excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail and passion for people and culture will shine through.

The role

Essential criteria

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service


The successful applicant is required to complete a national criminal history check, a pre-employment health declaration and provide proof of their Covid-19 vaccination.
