About the role


Catholic healthcare has a great opportunity for a results driven, customer service expert to join the customer engagement team at Hunters Hill.


In this role, you will be helping the elderly community gain access to home care services that enable them to live their best lives in their own home for as long as possible.


In addition to promoting the wide range of services we offer, you will help our clients and their families navigate various Government Funding programs and processes.

Working autonomously within a small team, you will be responsible for managing your leads to drive your own performance and results.


You will guide and your clients and their families throughout the sales process, from initial lead through to our care advisors onboarding them.

You will also need to be able to interpret guidelines relating to the aged care sector. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role.

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Experience in lead conversion and working with KPI's
  • Patience, empathy and the ability to clearly explain complex processes
  • Demonstrated success in a busy sales environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Time management and prioritisation skills
  • High level of attention to detail and problem solving skills required
  • Ability to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
