About School Infrastructure


School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school.

This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.


About the role


Be involved in a range of asset services within the Sydney Asset Management Unit, that will implement facility management programs and maintenance works to support the quality and service delivery across schools.


Key knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Current and valid Driver's Licence.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned AMU area.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education

About you


Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will enable you to support the design, development, and construction phases of projects.

You will be the point of contact for school principals that will ensure facility maintenance and enquiries are addressed and adhered to in a timely manner.

Your contribution and input into preparation of project briefs, status reports and financial information will support informed decision making on the deliverables of facilities management projects in schools.
