The roles

We are looking for experienced and reliable
Section Waiters/Waitresses to join our front of house team at Infinity at Sydney Tower Dining.

You will have current and recent experience working in a fine dining restaurant and have a real passion for food innovation and delivering excellent customer experiences.

This is a casual position with progression opportunity for a salaried contract.

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Must have fine dining / a la carte experience
Strong food and wine knowledge
Fast place environment experience excellent customer service and communication skills.
Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
Flexible and able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
Current RSA
