Our client is an established player in the remedial and construction industry who are known for their high quality building practices.

They are now seeking a

National

Height Access Manager to join their team, responsible for increasing sales and retaining existing clients, business development, sales and site management.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Site Management, overseeing safe work environments, site signoffs and defect rectifications
  • Business development, identify new opportunities
  • Generate quotes & sales
  • Liaise with senior management and stakeholders
  • Oversee all height access works nationally
  • Maintain & improve profitability
  • Manage OHS&E and IMS compliance
  • Assist with development of business plans and budgets
  • Conduct regular sales meetings
  • Oversee project completion in accordance to contract and budget
  • Manage staff and subcontractors on site
  • Conduct sales and divisional operation meetings when required

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Tertiary qualification or Trade/Industry Experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years + experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to high risk work environments, including but not limited to, access, mechanical and material handling, rope access etc.
  • Superior sales and negotiating skills
  • Strong commercial background
  • Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • A Team player, willing to support and assist other Divisional Managers
  • You will be organised, highly motivated and have a positive approach and attitude toward your work
