About the role:

This position is available immediately and will be in a permanent full-time capacity.


Day to day responsibilities include:


  • Set up and maintenance of project records in accordance with contract requirements
  • Update and maintain WIP spreadsheet to facilitate Project Teams in accurate forecasting
  • Prepare and issue a high volume of monthly progress claims, including liaising with clients and coordinating with Project Teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements
  • Assist with collections by resolving client requests and queries, and conducting investigations and reconciliations on project account
  • Month-End close processes, ensuring project financials are correct and align with forecasted amounts
  • Support Project Teams in managing and understanding the financial performance of their projects
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of Project Accounts processes

The talent you'll bring:


  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (e.g. proficient with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, basic macros, conditional formatting)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot
  • Highly organised with time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Process driven with a high level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Work effectively to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a close team
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in all work matters
  • Maintains discretion and confidentiality
  • Construction industry experience or experience in a similar role is highly desirable
