Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Civil Leading Hand or similar role in civil construction.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide your team effectively.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
  • A passion for delivering topnotch workmanship and exceeding expectations.

Job Types:

Salary:
$ $70.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Penalty rates

Experience:


  • Leading hand: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Cert III in civil construction (preferred)
  • White Card (preferred)
  • Manual Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (preferred)

Work Location:
In person
