About the Role
We are currently looking for an energetic and experienced
Case Manager to join our Brighter Futures team working in a Full-Time capacity based in the Hunter/Newcastle.
This exciting position involves providing intensive case work for families with children, focusing on parental vulnerabilities and making quality improvements to family functioning.
Further, Brighter Futures aims to improve children's wellbeing, and to prevent them from entering the OOHC system.The Brighter Futures team are committed and compassionate, partnering with families, DCJ and non-government service providers working to preserve the family structure and strengthen its functioning while keeping children safe.

The Essentials
- Tertiary qualification (minimum Bachelors Degree) in Social Work, Psychology, Social Science, Early Education or similar.
- Have a strong understanding of child protection and domestic and family violence frameworks within NSW.
- High level of planning, prioritizing and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients, team members, community members and other stakeholders.
- First Aid Certificate.
- Successful completion of a preemployment Medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and hold a valid NSW Driver's Licence.
