We are looking for a specialised Martech Operations Manager to play a crucial role at the forefront of transforming our marketing operations through the optimisation of our marketing technologies.

You will be responsible for ongoing management of our marketing tools and platforms, working closely with tech and data on integrations and enhancements.

With advanced skills in working with cross-functional teams and Martech vendors, you will ensure the efficient use of Martech tools, drive automation and maximise overall effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing efforts.

Experience working with Braze is highly desirable.

This role offers flexible working arrangements with the ability to work from home in addition to working from our Sydney Olympic Park and/or Sydney CBD office.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Lead the workstream with Tech and Data to implement and manage platform enhancements, new integrations and platform configuration.
Oversee the daytoday operations of the Martech platforms, Braze and Oracle Responsys working closely with Tech and Data leads to ensure optimal reliability and measurement of performance.
Develop strong external vendor relationships to troubleshoot technical issues with the platform and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Develop, document and optimise marketing processes and training for the marketing team to ensure efficient operations and effective use of Martech tools
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align on Martech initiatives with overall business goals.

Qualifications
-
Experience or certifications with Braze is highly desirable or at minimum similar Martech platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Oracle Responsys):

Tertiary level qualifications in marketing, information technology, or a related field
5 years' + experience in a similar role, Martech operations or related managerial role
Strong understanding of marketing technology landscape and trends
Experience managing and optimizing Martech stacks, including marketing automation, CRM, analytics and other relevant tools
Previous experience in people management for a small team will be highly regarded
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A high degree of customer centricity with the ability to recognise and service internal and external customers
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
