The Role

The College seeks to appoint a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level, confidential administrative and organisational support to our Deputy Heads of Primary.

In this critical role, you will assist in diary management, coordinate primary reporting systems, maintain the annual/term Primary Calendar, and assist with staffing covers, ensuring seamless operations.

Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in diary management for the Deputy Heads of Primary
  • Provide administrative leadership to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate primary reporting system, including data input.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the annual/term Primary Calendar
  • Manage subscriptions for Primary students under the direction of the Deputy Head of Primary
  • Teaching and Learning
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, memos, agendas, minutes and summaries as required.
  • Maintain relevant databases, hard copy files, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the checking and distribution of NAPLAN testing materials.
  • Assist with staffing covers on a daily basis.
