An opportunity to join Sunkids Children's Centres in the position of Quality and Curriculum Co-Ordinator at Sunkids Management. _

  • We have 15 Centres and require a unique person to fulfil this role. _
  • We are seeking a highly motivated early childhood professional to join our team and be willing to learn the role of Quality and Curriculum Co-Ordinator within Sunkids. The successful applicant must have previous Centre Manager and/or childcare management experience, be open to learning, have a passion for curriculum, the ability to develop and maintain Quality Improvement Plans, and have a friendly disposition. _

_About the role _

  • The Sunkids Quality and Curriculum Co-Ordinator will be responsible for supporting 15 Centres, which involves daily travel to Centres and support office. The Sunkids Quality and Curriculum Co-Ordinator will support the implementation of quality educational programs, quality curriculum documentation using OWNA, and reflective practices to be embedded throughout all Centres. The Quality and Curriculum Co-Ordinator will oversee the development of each Centres Quality Improvement Plan, working with the Centre to implement effective improvements regularly. The Sunkids Quality and Curriculum Co-Ordinator will mentor our Centre Managers, Educational Leaders and Educators by using the tools provided. _
  • This role ideally suits someone who has the desire to become part of a highly motivated team, be able to observe and mentor team members, has fantastic communication skills and puts the best interests of children first. _

_Requirements for the role _
- _At least 5 years of experience in the Early Childhood industry within a management role _
- _Minimum qualification of a diploma in Early Childhood _
- _High level of knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework _
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills _
- _Willing and able to travel on a daily basis _
- _Holds a current Blue Card _


_Ideal previous experience includes:
_

- _Middle to upper management role at another early childhood provider _
- _Educational Leader experience _
