About the role

  • Team Global Express is seeking a Forklift Operator to commence in Woodville
  • This is a Full time, Permanent role (8am 4pm)
  • Be available to work on Saturdays mornings (4am 8am) as required
  • Admin duties involved
  • Load and unload trucks and containers at the depot
  • Visually check all inbound freight for damage prior to accepting and signing for the goods
  • Sort freight in depot as and when required into bays, cages or on to pallets.
  • Prepare freight and pallets for delivery when required.
  • Scan customers freight as required
  • Prepare warehouse orders when required
  • Sort customers freight and consolidate for next day delivery
  • Process and sort returns
  • Help with all queries between departments and trucks
  • Book transport jobs via TGE Courier dispatch
  • Use computer to communicate with customers and provide accurate information
  • Maintain stock reports daily / weekly as required
  • Complete some weekly pricing

What you'll bring

  • You will hold a Current & Valid Forklift License (mandatory)
  • You will be able to work as part of a team
  • You will able to follow instructions and work autonomously where required
  • You must have Full Rights to work in Australia
  • You will have a high attention towards Safety
