Retail Butcher Responsibilities:


  • Performing display window and prepack cutting tasks.
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Breaking down pork, chicken, and lamb carcasses.
  • Undertaking general butchering duties including mincing, sausagemaking, and valueadding processes.
  • Conducting general daily cleaning duties to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.

Wholesale Butcher Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrated experience in portioning and order cutting.
- skilled in pork carcass breakdown and trimming.

  • Skilled in slicing and dicing primals for wholesale distribution.
  • Performing general butchering tasks such as mincing, sausagemaking, and crumbing.
  • Fulfilling general daily cleaning duties to ensure workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
