Our Client is a leading global provider of sustainable packaging solutions for consumers around the world


The Role
Our Client is located in Epping. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.


Your key responsibilities would include:


  • Managing enquiries and assisting customers via phone (inbound and outbound calls
  • Liaise and follow up with customers regarding outstanding accounts owed.
  • Greeting Visitors to the site
  • Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer database
  • Liaise with the warehouse on customer orders.
  • Coordinate, recording & distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • General typing of correspondence and documentation, filing & archiving
  • Providing exceptional levels of Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Understand and actively promote product range to customers.
  • Book transport for any makeup orders necessary.
  • Supporting the Office staff, Warehouse staff & Sales Team
  • Other General Administration duties as required / upon request

What you will need to succeed:

  • At least one year of experience
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively as well as multitasking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proven experience in Customer Service
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia
