The Role
Our Client is located in Epping. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Managing enquiries and assisting customers via phone (inbound and outbound calls
- Liaise and follow up with customers regarding outstanding accounts owed.
- Greeting Visitors to the site
- Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer database
- Liaise with the warehouse on customer orders.
- Coordinate, recording & distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- General typing of correspondence and documentation, filing & archiving
- Providing exceptional levels of Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders
- Understand and actively promote product range to customers.
- Book transport for any makeup orders necessary.
- Supporting the Office staff, Warehouse staff & Sales Team
- Other General Administration duties as required / upon request
What you will need to succeed:
- At least one year of experience
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively as well as multitasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proven experience in Customer Service
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia
