Key Task areas include:

Answer telephone calls to take messages from clients
Ensure that messages are passed onto the appropriate person
Receive walkin customers and guests and make them comfortable
Faxing, scanning, mailing and filing documents
Copy, file and maintain digital or paper records
Maintaining the office space and restocking office supplies
Collecting and distribution of the mail.
Preform other duties as requested.

Key selection criteria

Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

- computer skills proficient in Microsoft Excel competencies, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and CRM systems

Strong organisational skills including the ability to manage numerous tasks concurrently, use initiative, establish priorities and work to tight or competing deadlines.
Outstanding attention to detail
Confident learning new computer systems
Established capacity to work collaboratively and cooperatively as a team member and to undertake work independently and with supervision
Demonstrated capability to contribute to a positive workplace culture and commitment to Workplace Health and Safety

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$1.00 per hour
