Finance and Contract Sourcing Coordinator - Perth, Australia - Indigenous Managed Services
Description
The primary responsibilities will be:
- Develop complex and highrisk contracts, including tender document preparation, evaluation, and contract formation.
- Interpret contract law requirements and ensure compliance with all probity requirements and records management.
- Engage relevant stakeholders and conduct complex contractual negotiations.
- Provide expert advice on contract development and management issues.
- Facilitate group buying support both within PTA (PTA Panels) and externally (CUA and cooperative agreements).
- Guide, supervise, and mentor the Sourcing team to achieve contract and organizational outcomes.
Selection Criteria:
- Considerable experience in contract development or formation of highrisk, highvalue, or complex contracts.
- Knowledge and/or experience of government contracting and procurement policies, procedures, and strategic direction.
- Change management experience, including the ability to introduce and manage change effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prepare procurement and technical documents.
- Experience in negotiation and effectively managing relationships with stakeholders.

From $57.45 per hour
