Our Client
Our client is a global resources firm close to the CBD.

They have a fast paced, busy and friendly team, who are currently seeking a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their successful team.


Description
Duties will Include, but not limited to;

  • Leading the internal recruitment team covering all nonexec level roles across Blue, White and Grey collar remits
  • Ad writing and posting to multiple job boards
  • Phone screens and face to face interviews
  • Reference checking and ticket / qualification verification
  • Supporting hiring managers progress to offer stage
  • Monitoring of the shared Recruitment department inbox
  • Issuing contracts and onboarding documents
  • Weekly progress reports on live roles

Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have;

  • Previous experience within a similar recruitment / talent acquisition capacity
  • Ability to multitask and work to conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent communication style and ability
  • Confident and strong interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office experience
  • Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
