We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our NorthWestern Mental Health
Facilities Management team. The Support Services Manager
NWMH will play a key leadership and management role across NWMH in managing all support services within Adult & Aged Acute, Residential & Community Care bed based mental health services. The position will include efficient and effective liaison with key stakeholders including Nurse Unit Managers, Environmental Services staff & Facilities Managers ensuring that services operate effectively and efficiently within NWMH, and that necessary quality improvement plan is in place to address the issues of rostering, training, administrative manual documentation including up to date procedures and processes are in place.

Your new role
:

Proactive management of service rosters across all clinical units.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders responsible for service delivery
Monitor, assess and introduce improvement plans for cleaning services
Report on quality outcomes at NWMH Infection Prevention & Support Services Committee

About you
:

***- Strong leadership skills and a value driven approach

Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), problem solving and negotiations skills
Demonstrated project coordination experience in Facilities Management or Project Management role
Confident in dealing with the management of change
It is essential that you hold a current Victorian Driver's License and have the ability to use this form of transport.
