About the team

  • The Organisational Development Team sits in the wider People, Development & Engagement Team and provides a range of strategic and operational human resources services and support to GV Health and its workforce.
  • The Organisational Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating a range of projects and initiatives across the Organisational Development portfolio.
  • This includes coordination of GV Health's performance appraisal process, reward and recognition programs as well supporting the work of the wider OD Team.
  • The role also includes overseeing GV Health's GAP year, VET Delivered to Secondary Students Vocational Education & Training in Schools (VETDSS) programs, along with training and career pathways facilitation.
  • To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Tertiary qualification/s in human resource management, or related equivalent experience
  • The ability to demonstrate previous experience of coordinating and supporting OD initiatives and training that have helped shape the people agenda
  • Both good written and oral communication skills
  • High standards of customer focus and the drive to provide a great customer experience

Selection Criteria

  • Essential : Commitment to the GV Health Values of Compassion, Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Teamwork and Ethical Behaviour and ability to exhibit behaviour which reflects our values.
  • Essential : Tertiary qualification/s in human resource management, or related equivalent experience.
  • Essential : Developed knowledge of Organisational Development, particularly workforce planning, performance management, leadership learning, along with engagement and culture
  • Essential : Advanced research and MS Office skills (in particular Excel), and demonstrated experience in the use of Learning Management Systems.
  • Essential : Welldeveloped facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Essential : Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously to establish new processes and translate concepts into desired outputs.
