_ The Opportunity?_


As the result of a ramp-up in current demands,
SIMPEC has a long-term opportunity for an experienced
Project Administrator to join our growing site team.
Reporting directly to the
Project Manager and based locally at the
Kwinana CCL (Cockburn Cement) Upgrade Project, this position will work an ongoing Monday to Friday, 50-hour-week.


This
Greenfields Project is significant for the WA economy and will showcase the latest technologies in cement production, with the plant featuring a lower carbon footprint with CO2 emissions projected to reduce by up to 20% compared to existing operations.


_ The Details?_

  • ASAP start, with at least 12 months ongoing work
  • A 50hour, Monday to Friday work week: Early knock off on Friday afternoons
  • 6.00 am start 5.00pm finish
  • Salary of $75k to $80k + 15% project uplift

_ The Responsibilities?_

  • Build professional, positive, and productive working relationships with your team, colleagues, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update the Project Personnel Master List and Timesheet / Signon Master List, along with the cross reference of daily signon sheets and timesheets, ensuring they reconcile.
  • Liaise with Supervisors to verify daily absences and complete followup checks with the absentees.
  • Assist with dataentry of timesheet hours, review of the data to ensure accuracy and compliance and submission of the fortnightly pay file upload in accordance with payroll processes and deadlines.
  • Collect and collate data and information for daily workforce reports, daily signon reports, delivery registers and other adhoc reports as required.
  • Reconciliation of the company credit card, as well as raising supply requisitions and receipting invoices in the
    Pronto System
:


  • Maintain and oversee the document management (filing) system, including the transmission and archiving of project documentation, ensuring compliance with document control protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain and update the Site Personnel Training Matrix
  • Provide administrative support to specific departments, including HSE, Engineering and Materials Control
  • Assist with inducting and escorting visitors and new starters on site.
  • Strongly demonstrate and support the
    SIMPEC core values.

_ About You?_

  • You always lead by example with respect to health and safety on site, promoting, contributing, and complying with all site safety initiatives and procedures, as well as embracing and championing the
    SIMPEC SIMSafe culture framework.
  • Previous experience in a similar Site Administration role, working project hours and providing a highlevel of administrative support to a busy project team, ideally within construction or resources industry.
  • You enjoy working in a customerservice and outcome focused role, where no task is too big or small.
  • Hold or happy to obtain a Construction Card (WA White Card)
  • Strong computer skills, with at least intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally with exposure to
    Pronto.
