What's on offer?:

As the Retail Partner you will ensure Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre provide best in market House and Land packages.

Focusing on consistent communication both internally and externally you will build influential working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Developers and Sales Agents.

You will be central to the ongoing success of our Exclusive Lot program and the health of our Developer Relationships by identifying lead generation and potential sales.

Traveling throughout Victoria your key focus areas will include:

Intimate knowledge of home types, price points and customer demand
Identify new business and potential marketing opportunities
Source and negotiate unique exclusive land allocations
Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
Develop and maintain relationships with Land Agents
Negotiate deal structures with Developers and Agent Partners

What can you bring?:

Your prior experience in the residential construction industry, ability to maintain meaningful relationships and drive to achieve results.

You will have a proactive approach to your work and will thrive in a team environment.
