Your role
The Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) is the lead agency under the Stronger Communities Cluster.

What you ll do
The Process and Product team leads the process and experience design for the PaTH program.

You ll work closely with the business process owners and cluster representatives to identify and document business requirements, represent those to partner vendors and identify solutions that will best meet those requirements.

The Process and Product team supports the PaTH program by identifying opportunities to harmonise policies, processes, and data models. We re problem solvers who bring human-centred user experience to the heart of our processes and solutions.


What we re looking for
We re looking for a
Travel & Expense Solution Lead to join the Process and Product team. The role will help standardise and improve travel and expense processes across NSW Government clusters.

This is a newly created role where you ll be challenged in a collaborative and supportive environment. You ll have the opportunity to make a genuine contribution and help build the foundations of the PaTH Program.


Key accountabilities / knowledge and experience

  • Identify key stakeholders and SMEs to undertake asis analysis of the P-Cards and Travel & Expense functions including documentation of asis and tobe processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and harmonise processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to influence the alignment of processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Travel Allowances and Expense claims.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the administration of NSW Government Purchasing Cards and Virtual Cards.
  • Experience with working with integrations between SAP and Expense Management systems.
  • Experience working with Travel and Expense Management solutions
