Workforce Change Coordinator - Brisbane, Australia - Queensland Health
Description
Your key responsibilities include:
- Support workforce change activities within the program, including communications, stakeholder engagement and training.
- Provide advice to ensure workforce transition activities are aligned and traceable to business requirements and ensure business outcomes are met.
- Assist with the employee, stakeholder and union consultation process as a part of the organisational change activities, including the workforce transition activities and the implementation of the Corporate Enterprise Solutions business operating model.
- Draft workforce transition documentation to support the people transition requirements (ie multiple closed selection processes) to be implemented in conjunction with the new business operating model rollout.
- Maintain program/project files in accordance with IWFM Program requirements and policies.
- Knowledge of all aspects of organisational and workforce change transition activities, including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, consultation, communications and training, within a program/project environment.
- Ability to maintain stakeholder relationships to support effective organisational and workforce change, including the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problemsolving skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and achieve agreed outcomes.
- Proven effective consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
- Proven experience in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of organisational change in program/project(s), using appropriate industry standards and techniques.
