We are currently looking for skilled Traffic Controllers to join our team in Melbourne on a labour hire basis.
As a Traffic Controller, your main duty will be to manage traffic flow efficiently and safely, ensuring the well-being of workers and the public.
Main Responsibilities:
- Directing traffic according to traffic management plans
- Setting up and dismantling roadwork sites
- Monitoring traffic flow and adjusting control measures
- Effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and the public
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Main Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Control/Management certification
- White card
- Prior experience as a Traffic Controller
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and nights
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
