The role

Leading a team of up to 1015 client facing operations team, you'll be performing all the people leader fundamentals managing change, monitoring the workload of the team and taking and managing escalations from our clients as these arise. You'll also work closely with your team on their career development, provide coaching, mentoring and manage any performance issues while you lead by example.

We are really looking for someone who has previous experience with performance management and difficult conversations, someone who can provide clear direction and manage expectations from their team in a very fast paced, client focused environment. Previous experience within the Financial Services Industry would be good, but not required as we'll teach you the systems and what you need to know to hit the ground running.
You're not someone who shies away from having difficult conversations or stepping up to take escalations as they arise. You enjoy bringing out the best in those you work with and driving change to create an environment where people feel comfortable to be themselves and truly exceed in their roles. With your strong leadership and relationship building skills, high level of communication and problemsolving skills and approachability, you know you have what it takes to really shape and make this position your own and you're excited about the opportunities that await in this newly created role.
