About the role


Due to expansion in our Caloundra office, Right at Home is looking to recruit a Rostering/Scheduling Specialist working 7am - 3pm Monday to Friday to support a team of professionals in delivering the highest possible quality of client care.

The role suits a highly-organised person with a cheerful manner who enjoys working on the phones and who has a genuine compassion for the elderly and individuals with disability.

Your compassionate nature and enjoyment of helping others will optimise client satisfaction and their ability to achieve independence and improved quality of life to live life to the fullest.


The Scheduler will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all client shifts are filled with appropriately qualified and experienced carers
  • Filling shifts at short notice due to carers being sick or unavailable
  • Calling carers for late/missed shifts
  • Assisting with the smooth coordination of client scheduling and care requirements
  • Answering telephone enquiries and responding in a timely manner
  • Timely and appropriate communications with our clients
  • Collaborating with care management and recruitment to ensure delivery of quality care
  • Participating on rotation with providing 'On Call' support

  • National Police Check, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR, COVID Vaccination
