The Role:


Working in a professional yet fun working environment, there currently is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Strata Manager supporting a successful Strata Manager managing a high-end portfolio.


Exceeding clients expectations, you will be responsible for:

  • Strata Administration
  • General Administrative Duties
  • Liaising with Contractors, Owners & Tenants
  • Sending out building updates & communications to tenants
  • Preparation of AGM'S & ECM'S & minute taking

To be successful in securing this amazing opportunity, you will have proven experience in the industry


You will also have:

  • Certificate of Registration (Strata Management)
  • Strong Administration skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
