Your new job


Reporting into the Accounts Manager and supporting the Accounts team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and processing support.


  • Allround accounts office duties, administration, and support
  • Assisting Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Preparation of weekly supplier payments
  • Following up unpaid invoices and queries
  • Payroll support
  • Site level job costing reconciliations
  • LAHA processing
  • Assisting with monthend duties
  • Preparation of Audit material, and liaising with the external Auditors of CUMI (Australia)
  • You can expect to work Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm with potential for reduced hours if applicable._
Your new team manages the accounts and payroll for all of NSW, QLD, and WA.

They are a small self-described "quiet and conscientious" group but enjoy supporting one another and taking care with their work.


About you
Needless to say, our client is seeking someone who has a high attention to detail and takes pride in what they do


Ideally you already have:

  • Experience across different ERP Systems


  • Software exposure

  • Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV
