Due to continual growth, ORS are seeking an experienced industry leader to join the organisation as National Quality Manager - Positive Behaviour Support.
Our Positive Behaviour Support Report Reviewing & QA team is continually growing and totals over 40 staff members supporting approximately 300 Positive Behaviour Support practitioners around Australia.
In this role you will be:
- Managing a team of Quality Managers and Behaviour Support Plan reviewers/writers
- Ensuring commission timeframes are met
- Monitoring of Positive Behaviour Support administrative tracking processes
- Helping to drive innovation in the QA and PBS areas
- Reviewing of complex Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Training staff in writing high quality Behaviour Support Plans
This role will form part of the senior leadership team in Behaviour Support reporting to the General Manager of Behaviour Support.
Your role will also be responsible for driving productivity and performance, providing support, mentoring, strategy and ensuring the team are adhering to all contract requirements & time frames.
Role requirements:
- QA experience within NDIS Positive Behaviour Support
- Highlevel administrative and communication skills
- Masters or higher level qualifications (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in Positive Behaviour Support leadership & mgt roles
- Thorough understanding of Restrictive Practices and experience training other practitioners
- Forensic/Clinical Psychology experience (preferred but not essential)
