In addition to all this, we plan to double in size in 2023 and are looking for a safe pair of hands to steer this growth and build best-in-class hiring practices across these roles.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working to understand the culture and produce meaningful cultural artefacts (e.g. a culture code) to support the business as we grow
  • Building strategic frameworks around engagement, talent and succession, reward & recognition, learning & development, and people reporting
  • Review and optimise existing hiring guidelines, onboarding, and performance processes
  • Project lead on continuing to build and deliver a strong Employee Value Proposition
  • Strategic adviser and coach to CEO and Exec team
  • Developing relationships with the broader team to best understand engagement and morale levers
  • Working with the Talent Acquisition Advisor

You must have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 7 years in a generalist HR role, ideally in either a scale up or SME environment
  • HRIS implementation experience highly valued
  • Australian citizen
