As an upshot of growth, they are looking for a Lawyer or Associate to join their impressive team in Sydney.

Medical Negligence and Health
This role will see you working in a close knit team under the supervision of two highly regarded partners.

You will be exposed to a wide range of medical negligence matters including defending claims brought against doctors, nurses, hospitals, medical centres and dentists.

Furthermore, you will appear in disciplinary hearings and coronial inquests throughout Australia.

The matters are interesting and rewarding as the firm is recognised as a leader in the defendant medical negligence space.

Position Description

The medical negligence team is looking for a Lawyer or Associate with a keen interest and/or experience in working across a range of medical negligence matters.

You will work closely with the partners in the team acting for public hospitals and clinicians in civil negligence claims and coronial matters.

Requirements:

You will be a lawyer with most likely 2 to 5 years' post-admission experience within medical negligence/health matters.

In addition, you will have:
