THE OPPORTUNITY

We are on the hunt for an AMAZING Production Manager, a critical leadership role within our Production and Quality Assurance team.

In this role you will be responsible for margin performance and delivery of orders in full, on time and accurately.

The role encompasses staff management and mentoring ensuring each staff member can perform and meet the requirements of their position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the production team to deliver against company margin expectations monthly, seasonally and annually.
Provide production coordinators visibility on Margin expectations and desired results for each new month
Supplier deliveries run to schedule and meet the requirements of the purchase orders.
Oversee the Production Teams utilisation of all manufacturing sourcing options available within Decjuba's supplier network. Supplier selection must be valid and meet margin and performance expectations.
Prepare seasonal Critical Paths, engaging with key stakeholders before its release.
Brief and run through new Critical Paths with all Merchandise Teams seasonally.
Manage a team of Production Coordinators and Administration Assistants to deliver against their Job Descriptions KPI's and Critical Path deadlines
Manage the Production Teams delivery against existing processes and facilitate continuous improvement when identified.
Identify and action process improvements within Production across departments as required.
Work cross functionally with existing processes and manage any breakdowns within them

ABOUT YOU
Possess an exceptional understanding of brand and a strong interest in fashion
Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in in Apparel Manufacturing, Supply and Delivery
Demonstrate a commercially focused and process-driven mindset, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
Exhibit effective communication skills and a collaborative style. Build robust relationships, confidently manage stakeholders, and effectively liaise across all functions and levels of the business.
Have strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate a team.
Be analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Have an inquisitive mindset with the ability to question the status quo and identify growth opportunities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
