The CareSide is an approved aged care provider and NDIS registered organisation.Duties include:
Recruitment
Develop job advertisements.
Placement of job advertising on job boards and social media platforms.
Assess incoming resumes for suitability and short list them.
Coordinate offers of employment.
Administer onboarding process.
Manage the records of the recruitment process.
General recruitment related duties
Answering general recruitment enquiries both internally and externally
Training
Conduct new staff member orientation.
Deliver specialised one-off training programs.
Deliver planned training courses with course materials
Score exam performance.
Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
Desirable qualifications
- Cert III in Aged or Disability Care
- Cert IV in Training
Salary:
$55, $70,000.00 per year
