About the Company
Our client is a successful, specialist recruitment company based in the heart of Sydney's CBD.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a full-time Finance Officer for an immediate start.
As part of their close-knit team, you will play a crucial support role in ensuring the seamless operation of their accounting and finance functions.
About the Role
- Credit control.
- Process a high volume of bank reconciliations daily.
- Processing timesheets and reconcile hours against invoice.
- Processing invoices from all suppliers into Xero.
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll for a large number of staff.
- Processing creditor payments
- Monitoring inbox.
- Adhoc tasks as required.
About You
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Degree majoring in accounting or similar.
- Great attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Xero would be advantageous but not essential.
- Must have full rights to work in Australia with no restrictions.
